VFW Function Hall
The Townsend VFW Post boasts a large function hall suitable for all your
function needs. Consider us for your next Holiday, Birthday, Retirement,
Anniversary Party or Wedding Reception. Available Open dates can be viewed in the calendar below. Please contact our Post Manager,

The prices and conditions for renting the Pavilion Hall are as
follows:

Maximum capacity is 100 persons

4 hours with Bartender $250 (must have at least a $100
bar tab or renter makes up the difference)

4 hours without Bartender $200
-
3 hour children’s birthday (age 12 and under) $125

Correlation (after funeral) $100 (payment due before
or day of gathering)

Linen rental - $35 to cover all tables with white cloth
(12 round, 2 buffet, 1 head table, 1 small coffee or gift table)

Use of the kitchen - any need to use the kitchen
whether to cook or wash dishes is $30

Arrangements can be made if the hall is needed for
extra hours

$50 deposit due upon initial rental of hall
(non-refundable)

Balance due 2 weeks prior to function
